Kela Mwamba is a self-motivated leader, providing quality results whilst managing multiple and competing projects. He has more than 15 years of work experience in business management and strategic planning. He is accomplished in leading teams involved in identifying, designing and developing, cost and waste reduction initiatives to exceed customer, executive management and partner expectations.

Tekela Investments Limited has a winning pedigree and it is my role to expand our work throughout East Africa. Our strategy in the region is primarily focussed on green energy solution sector where we are developing solar energy distribution network. However, the opportunities are plenteous and Tekela is assisting more sectors to enjoy our unique approach to secure and reliable service in the energy sector.

Dorca Nyala is an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to CEO with the ability to work independently or on a team using strong interpersonal communication, excellent time management and applicable technical proficiencies.

Michael Chuba is self-motivated, goal oriented, rich in intellectual communication and energetic person. He is out-going person and able to interact with different individuals at various levels and keen to work within a growth oriented and progressive organization. He adapt quickly to new environments and technology, He wishes to enhance his career and skills through effort and practice and be an asset to the organization by applying the best of his knowledge and expertise to the advancement of the organization, and achievement of organizational goals.

Sitali Mufuzi is an Accountant by profession with a ZICA qualification and has over 5 years experience with a diverse exposure to the business and accounting world. He is a versatile individual, self motivated,proactive with strong analytical skills. His young and dynamic approach to financial matters positions him to bring global innovative and bankable financial ideas that keep Tekela Investments Ltd competetive in the various markets.

Zondo Chulu is a private sector development expert and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Zambia and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School. He is currently a student of DBA with MAS Business School in Russia. Coupled with this, Zondo is certified as trainer in Entrepreneurship- EMPRETEC (United Nations Conference on Trade and Development- UNCTAD), Start and Improve Your Business (ILO), Expand Your Business (ILO), Financial Literacy(ITC) and PPPs Awareness (UNESCAP). He has over 10 years’ experience running his own businesses (Wood processing and business consulting), working for the UN as a Projects Manager responsible for business linkages and market developments, working for an Africa Development Bank project as a Business Development Coordinator, working for a mining company, Pay TV company and a cosmetic company in RSA His key competencies are as follows:
